An effective Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) provides a structured approach for organizations to manage workplace safety and health risks, fulfil applicable requirements, and continuously improve OSH performance.

This training provides participants with practical knowledge on establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving an Occupational Safety and Health Management System within their organization. Participants will gain an understanding of key OSH management elements including leadership, planning, hazard and risk management, operational controls, emergency preparedness, performance monitoring, and continual improvement.
