Malaysia Standard 1514:2022 is a food safety standard according to Good Manufacturing Practices. This standard is designed to minimize the risks involved in food production that cannot be eliminated through finished product testing. It covers all aspects of production e.g., premises and facilities, raw materials, equipment, personal hygiene, etc. It is also the pre-requisite programme of HACCP system based on MS 1480:2019 requirements.
